Wood Lines

|

The artist’s incorporation of paint and color texture, with a dual view, garnered an Honorable Mention at the Fitchburg Art Museum’s 74th Regional Art Show (2009).
The piece’s open architecture, cityscape approach, creates intrigue for the viewer. Once again compelled to assimilate color, texture, design, natural and painted wood, the goal becomes finding every hidden detail. Each odd and challenging shape holds discovery and unique interpretation. The unusual colorations enhance the unknown and unexpected. And make sure you look twice! This piece stands 13″ high on a base 21.75″ by 7″.
